A women of many talents and interests.  Finding her space in a world of small boxes that don’t suit her.  Shauntel Gaines, is a Virginia native that has been fortunate to have been exposed to people from many backgrounds.  Throughout her journeys in life she has been an exuberant admirer of the way the human mind interrupts the world around it and how our experiences have influenced our habits in our everyday life.  In her observations, she has noticed how Art can be an intricate tool when used along with the healing modules that promote a wholistic state of being.

As a mother, veteran, domestic violence survivor, fitness enthusiast, and hyper creative she is committed to living a life that reflects her deepest purpose by living every day with the intention to grow and inspire others.

She has designed dance programs and classes for an Adult Compensatory Education Program and a Boys and Girls Club.  Her Choreography resume ranges from musicals and recitals to hip hop and spiritual performances.  Shauntel has taught Zumba and African Dance classes in a Continuing Education program on the Community College level and currently teaches in Fitness Studios.    She has written everything  from speeches to articles, poems to lyrics, reviews to scripts, and standard operating procedures to job descriptions.  Discovering her propensity for the Healing Arts, Shauntel has become a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Level One Practitioner who is currently studying Tai Chi, Bio Neuromuscular Feedback, and Psychology and Somatics.

In the Fall of 2016, Shauntel made a personal  commitment to dedicate the rest of her professional life to helping others breakthrough their inner blocks, create an action plan to realize their dreams, and have the FREEDOM to create the life style they’ve always dreamed of.
